Rates
The following rates are inclusive of the cost of a housekeeper and cook who will prepare meals, as well as a caretaker who lives in a small cottage in the grounds and provides 24 hour security. The cost of food and drink is not included.

• Jamaica High Season, December 15 to April 14 (excluding Christmas and New Year.
• Jamaica Low Season, April 15 to December 14 (excluding Easter and Thanksgiving).
• Christmas rate/week $5400.
• New Year rate/week $6000.
• Thanksgiving rate/week $3990.
• Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week
• Shorter bookings, including weekends, are accepted. There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge.
• Rates include full villa staff (cook, housekeeper, gardener and security guard)
