Jamaica High Season, December 15th to April 14th (excluding Christmas and New Year).
Jamaica Low Season, April 15th to December 14th (excluding Easter and Thanksgiving).
Christmas rate/week $8000.
New Year rate/week $8500.
Thanksgiving 2018 rate/week $5500.
Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of the week
Shorter bookings, including weekends, are accepted. There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates for stays of less than one week.
Rates include full villa staff: a chef and housekeeper who can shop and prepare all meals, gardener and security guard. The cost of food and drink is not included.
